thanks for the lead on Harlem shoes for dancing! in case it saves anyone else the extra research, the product pages _do_ say you can opt for zero-drop even when the photos show a 2cm or taller heel.
Hi Anya I wonder if you have any recommendation for shoes to wear for dance fitness like Zumba? Most of the ladies seem to wear sketchers but I would like to find a barefoot alternative that has a little support (especially for lateral movements). Thanks 🙂
I’m thinking Xero’s court shoes might be good for that! flexible, but grippy and with stability on the sides of the ankle. You can also reference this article of my recommended gym shoes for more options.
